BAHIA sells out in 121 minutes at The Village of Baytowne Wharf located in Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort

Destin, FL --- August 1st, 2003.  In the midst of a bustling summer at Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort’s Village of Baytowne Wharf, Sandestin Real Estate announced the complete sell-out of the latest Village real estate offering, BAHIA.  The 112-unit condominium building, which will be distinguished by its bay front location and “boutique-hotel” style of interior design, known as “Coastal Contemporary,” sold out in a mere 121 minutes at an exclusive Priority Purchaser Event held on Saturday, July 26th at Sandestin.
