Popular iQTM Quarter Ownership Program Offers Attactive Pricing

Dave Erickson acknowledges that there are no other iQTM projects coming to Whistler in the foreseeable future. “There has been a lot of initial excitement about this offering because of the lack of competitive product on the market,” says Erickson.
The Whistler community of Creekside is seen as the geographical heart of Whistler. It is at the centre of all alpine ski venues for the 2010 Winter Olympics and the proposed peak-to-peak gondola would make Creekside the ideal launch-point for the dual access of Whistler and Blackcomb mountains. As of May 2006, daily train service on Rocky Mountain’s Whistler Mountaineer commences from North Vancouver to Creekside – making the commute to Whistler for Evolution owners “very” convenient.
