The Westin Grand Imagine Will Soon Offer

Elevated Living to its Owners and Guests

Orlando, Florida – The Village of Imagine (www.westinimagine.com), an Intrawest resort development located directly across from the Orange County Convention Center, has just completed the final floor of its first structure, The Westin Grand Imagine. The 12-story structure, with 256 luxury condominium-hotel suites, featuring a heavenly combination of Westin signature comforts and fine furnishings, is scheduled to open in early 2008.

“We are so pleased with the pace that the construction team has kept in order to reach this topping milestone,” said Alan Cornelius, Playground Destination Properties Inc. sales team manager for The Village of Imagine. “The momentum is strong, and the attraction of the The Village of Imagine is proving to be even more appealing to owners and future guests than we originally envisioned.”

The Westin Grand Imagine will be the primary destination within The Village of Imagine. The 30-acre urban village will feature picturesque walking paths, sparkling lakes, upscale accommodations with elegant dining and entertainment venues. The Village of Imagine will showcase an eclectic collection of neighborhoods, from vibrant enclaves (near the village center with more than 30 unique eateries and boutique shops) to quieter, laid-back neighborhoods all linked to the Convention Center via an elevated connection corridor over Universal Boulevard.

With the sellout of the Westin Grand Imagine, sales are now focused on the next structures at The Village of Imagine. Two four-story buildings with 159 additional luxury suites will mark the gateway into the village. These four-story structures will also feature the commercial locations for the individually-owned unique boutiques, cafes and restaurants in the village.

“Our team has been busily answering inquiries from those who want to own an opportunity within our one-of-a-kind village destination,” said Cornelius. “We’re on a great pace, and we plan to keep it going.”
