Intrawest Introduces Domaine Haut Gardegan Featuring Its First European Golf & Spa Destination

The resort will also harbour romantic ruins that will be rehabilitated to form its charming centrepiece. The heart of the village will be vibrant with sun-filled terraces, a delicious bakery, local market, enticing shops and romantic seating areas and fountains; the perfect place to appreciate convivial French village life.

 

Gastronomy and wine have a special place in Domaine Haut Gardegan. Guests will be able to enjoy fine dining options and unique experiences at the prestigious cooking school where wine-tasting seminars and gourmet cooking lessons will be offered.

 

The resort will benefit from an exceptional 18-hole golf course designed by Golf Champion and US Captain of the Ryder Cup, 2006 Tom Lehman. “Our wish was to design a golf course that golfers of all levels would appreciate, both from a playing and an aesthetic point of view,” said Tom. “The golf course at Domaine Haut-Gardegan will offer lots of variety in terms of topography and vegetation and has the tremendous potential to be a world class place to play golf.”

Domaine Haut Gardegan’s first address will be available for purchase in spring 2007 by Playground Real Estate Sales S.A., the licensed real estate broker for Castel de Bellevigne. Clients will enjoy spectacular French gardens, a fine restaurant, a fitness area, a conference room, and high end one to four bedroom apartments. Pricing of the 126 units available is still to be finalised, however it is anticipated that they will start from approximately € 300,000.
